Today is the 22nd day that Julie has been at Mercy Hospital this second time around. It is hard to believe that we are beginning our fourth week having her there. She is doing well and symptoms of bleeding and leaking have minimized these past couple days and for this we are thankful and excited. Also, the doctors have adjusted her expected delivery date. Instead of today, Sunday completing her 31st week, they have adjusted that day to have been Friday. Today is 31 weeks and 2 days which is great. We get two days for free and we will take them. These are two positive changes in our overall journey to bring this baby into the world and into our home. He or she is already in our hearts. :-)
Thank you for your continued prayers and support. The visits, phone calls, emails, and letters have all been of great encouragement. Julie is not at all happy being stuck in her little hospital room, but it is more bearable when she is able to share Christ as she is seeking to do and also when she receives your varied expressions of love and support. Thank you also to everyone who has given meals here at the home, helped watch our children, and sacrificed so we can live a somewhat normal life here at the Zilkie Ranch while we wait for Baby Zilkie to make his or her grand entrance.

YAY that is awesome news, I will keep praying.
Oh I am so happy to hear that things are moving toward good! Still praying for growth and healing, but praising God that you are reaching the home stretch with such grace. I am trying to knock some germies that I believe my sweet son has shared with his mama, but tell Julie my heart is with her in the meantime :-)
