Today is Julie's 31st straight day in the hospital and 40th day overall. It is hard to believe that my wife left our home early in the morning on Sunday, July 1st and has not been home since. On the other hand, that is good news since her and the baby are still hanging in there. Today we are 32 weeks and 4 days along in the pregnancy and Julie is doing very well. She has had little to no bleeding recently and her leaking is minimal as well. Her fluid level is steady and everything continues to look good.
We just had our friends Dave and Judy Constance spend a week with us at the house helping with the children. It was such a blessing as I was able to work and also spend the evenings with Julie at the hospital. All in all things are going well. The children are showing sporadic signs of fatigue with Julie being gone, but the visits every other day, along with the phone calls and Skype have been helpful. They are in good spirits generally but sometimes leaving the hospital with them as Julie stays behind has been tough. One time last week as Caroline was sobbing, Julie began crying and then one of the nurses started crying as well.
Friday is 33 weeks and another little milestone. We are getting closer to the day of our child's birth although we don't know exactly when that will be. Please pray for wisdom and our decision making as there are several options for the birth. What would be the best method and when would be the best timing?
Thanks for your continued support, encouragement, and prayers!

Continued prayers for Julie, the unborn baby, and your family. May God comfort you and give you peace and guide the hands and minds of the team of doctors as that beautiful day approaches...
