Day 8 - 25 Weeks and Counting

We are currently hosting Doug, a dear friend of the family, at the house this weekend.  Although Julie's normally stellar hospitality is not in action, I am doing my part to fill in the gaps.  Doug and I did have a chance to spend three hours with Julie yesterday which was wonderful.

This day is the 25 week mark for Julie's pregnancy.  We celebrate and thank God for 25 weeks and the growth and grace that He has shown us herein.  A week ago we checked into the hospital not knowing what each day would bring.  Here a week later, we are a week closer to where we want to be and still not knowing the future, we give thanks for today and for the gift of 25 weeks.  

Once again, no new news to report.  Julie is sleeping pretty well and the antepartum floor of our hospital is doing a great job taking care of Julie.  If anything new develops, we will be sure to let you know.  In the meantime, we are to grateful for today and for another week of health for the baby.
